Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
The Web developer will be responsible for design and development of corporate and marketing websites. They will work with the Marketing team to develop functional and design specifications and work with the Technical team to ensure that technical standards are met. They will also ensure that websites are maintained and updates are posted.
In addition, the Web Developer will work the Technical team to develop and maintain the cutting-edge web services that WebSMB delivers to its clients. They will work closely with the project teams to ensure that project deliverables are met on time and on budget.
Education/Experience:
The successful candidate must have a relevant university degree and/or equivalent work experience including a portfolio of development and design work. They must have the ability to be a proactive leader, and work with little supervision. They must also demonstrate the ability to work effectively with all levels of our organization. Proven analytical, organizational, and professional judgment skills are necessary to be successful in this position. The ability to manage multiple and competing priorities through effective organizational, people, and time management skills is essential. Excellent written and oral communication will be needed in this role.

Job Summary:
WebSMB is seeking an experienced and detail oriented employee interested in transitioning from accounting / auditing, into a high
impact strategic corporate role.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Play a key role in building the strategic business case and valuation model
- Manage due diligence projects and determine potential liabilities and exposures in both the
strategic and private equity transactions
- Develop detailed company earning models including revenue models, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts
- Conduct real-time financial research and valuation analysis of companies and prepare reports
- Gather and analyze data and perform financial analysis on major strategic corporate actions
- Research the economic and strategic trends that drive returns in various industries
- Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Assist with the preparation, monitoring and execution of office business plans and corporate IT
- Maintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies
- Promote and facilitate the completion of invoices, accounts payable, expense claims, project initiation and project closure documentation
- Make outbound prospecting calls to potential customers

Qualifications:
We seek self-directed, client and team-oriented individuals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Staff Accountant or Financial Analyst positions. Post secondary education is preferred with a BA Accounting/Financial Analysis, CA, CGA, CMA, MBA, or CFA. The successful candidate must have highly developed computer, organization, communication and be able to work well independently.
